■ 코팅두께측정기(TFM-100)
코팅두께 측정기는 Reflectometer(박막두께측정기)라고도 불리며, 비접촉 방식의 두께 측정기 입니다.
TFM-100 특징은 몇 번의 클릭으로 샘플의 두께를 바로 확인 할 수 있는 사용자 지향적인 인터페이스를 가지고 있으며, 시료 파괴 없이 0.3 μm - 500 μm 의 두께 측정이 가능한 것입니다.  기본사양
